I haven't been feeling well since Tuesday, but yesterday I woke up with a fever. My head was pounding, I was shaky and so weak that I could barely even lift Tori without dropping her. Luckily Josh didn't have to teach in the morning so he took it off and spent some quality time with his daughters! I am so thankful! A good sleep was just what I needed to make it through! Elise and her dad always come up with the most unique ways of occupying their time. The new activity of choice is to eat soda crackers in a box!
Today I'm feeling a lot better. Still coughing and trying to beat the headache but definitely better. Elise hasn't been having as much fun as she did yesterday. It feels like I've been saying "don't" all day. "Don't kick your sister, don't stand on your sister, don't stand on your computer, don't touch your sister with your feet at all, don't throw your apple sauce at Jack, don't pull your sisters ears, don't pull on Jack's nose, don't rip the pages out of your books, ..." Poor girl just isn't interested in doing anything she's allowed to do! I'd give her a cracker and put her in a box but she seems to be over that! At least her nose isn't running quite as much as it was before! Tori is still sneezing but as sweet as always. She has been quite patient with all the kicking, squashing and ear pulling that has been going on!
