Wishing you all the best! We had a wonderful day of rest, play, and feasting on leftover turkey! The weather was perfect, the turkey dinner was delicious and once the wonder of a candle (and Christmas) light service wore off, our little Tori kept us on high alert while Elise and Clara found different families to sit with! Can it be possible that my sweet Clara has been in my arms for one whole month? In some ways it feels like she has only just been handed to us. In other ways it seems that she has always been ours. We simply cannot imagine life without her. My blog posts haven't been posting lately, here are just a few photos from the last couple of attempts: It has been a full weekend! On Friday night we attended the College Christmas banquet. On Saturday Elise went to a Sunday School Christmas party and Christmas pageant rehearsal. I went to a ladies Christmas party last night and this morning we got to see our sweet little, wingless (she decided wings were not the thing for her), angel plant herself firmly, with her back to the audience, right in front of the manger. She swayed a little to the music, and peeked back over her shoulder a few times but there she stood, unmoving, expressionless, and silent. We were so proud! |
