These two lovely girls got to wear matching dresses today! A package from Goga and Papa came in the mail this week just for them. Aren't they sweet?
We considered hiding some easter treats around the house to see if Elise would catch on to the game. Instead we decided to put off the great hunt for another year and give Elise and Tori a special gift to share. I quickly crocheted up two carrots, two mushrooms, a cucumber and a tomato for the girls to have for their play kitchen.
I tossed them in a bag with three little chocolate eggs and some tissue paper and gave it to Elise to open.
She liked the tissue paper, ...
loved the chocolate, ...
and couldn't have cared less about her new veggies! Oh well, I like them, and I know that one day they will find their place in both Elise and Tori's imaginative play worlds.
